Paul Summers Planning Strategies: Development Application - Cedarton Foresters Cooperative

This page provides documentation associated with a development application for the Cedarton Foresters Cooperative. The application was lodged with the Moreton Bay Regional Council on Thursday 05 May 2011. It is currently in the Information & Referral Stage as depicted below. In this stage the following actions are undertaken:

a) The CFC as applicant must refer the application to the relevant referral agencies identified in the Acknowledgement Notice. This occurred on 09 June 2011.

b) The Council and each of the referral agencies have the opportunity to request additional information of the CFC. All requests have now been received.

c) The CFC must determine what responses, if any, to provide to the Council and the agencies. A period of 6 months is provided for the responses to be prepared, although this can be extended.

Once the responses are made, the application moves to the next stage.
